Project Overview
Millennium was hired by Jeddah Cable Company as an Owner Representative for the design and construction of their new manufacturing facilities at Rabigh, KSA. ( total Built Up Area of 277,115 m2)
The construction works include but are not restricted to the following main elements:
Four plastic compounds production plants
Building Wire (BW) production plant
Extra High Voltage (EHV) production plant
Support facilities including Central utility plant electrical substations and power generation plant and workshops.
Staging areas, material storage area, and scrap storage area.
Administration building, staff housing, cafeteria, and sports and leisure area.
Entrance gates, weigh bridges, circulating roads and paved paths suitable for pedestrians as well as cyclists.
Infrastructure including a sewage treatment
