During this phase, MD shall assist clients in sourcing and supervising consultants to develop/ perform:

• Master plan;
• Technical, financial and market feasibility studies;
• Legal due diligence;
• Development strategy;
• Marketing & sales strategy;
• Funding strategy; and
• Structure of the development company.

MD will assist clients to develop/ perform the components of the business case package in a manner that is necessary for the clients to make informed investment decisions.

Depending on the case, MD shall bill their clients either as a lump sum amount that embraces consultants’ and MD’s fees or bill for MD’s fees and ask the client to pay for the cost of consultants directly.
