During this phase, MD shall assist clients to:

• Identify funding sources;
• Conclude on the funding source or combination of sources to be used;
• Decide on the capital structure; and
• Raise financing whether debt or equity and mainly through private placement.

Depending on the case, MD shall bill their clients for MD’s fees and expenses related to the above services on a lump sum amount basis.
