During this phase, MD shall assist the client in sourcing and supervising consultants to develop/ perform:

• Development briefs;
• Detailed engineering and infrastructure design;
• Client representation throughout the construction phase*;
• Marketing campaigns; and
• Sales activities.

MD shall bill their clients either as a lump sum amount that embraces consultants’ and MD’s fees or bill for MD’s fees and ask the client to pay for the cost of consultants and contractors directly.
